Olo is a platform that empowers restaurant brands to manage their online ordering, menu management, catering, third-party delivery partners, and store locations all on a singular platform. Through Olo, restaurants can maximize orders, manage online ordering for their store locations, and ensure that their customer base maintains a consistent ordering experience.

RTI invites you to take the Olo Orders Certification Course. In this course, you'll learn the core functionality of Olo, such as managing single and bulk store locations for sustained ordering experiences, menu management, Rails and Dispatch management and how we can leverage Olo Reports to ensure our success on the brand and store level.

Through a combination of asynchronous video lessons and online quizzes followed by final exam, participants will learn how Olo’s platform functions and supports overall restaurant operations.

By the end of the course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge on how to navigate Olo as subject matter experts!

Here's What You’ll Be Learning!

Platform Setup & Configuration: Set up and manage core settings like user permissions, locations, and forms to ensure smooth operations.

Understanding Online Ordering Data: For a single store or multiple locations, you will learn how to complete tasks like refunds, order cancellations, and managing a store menu and brand menu so that customers can have the best experience with online ordering.

Dispatch and Rails Management: Through a comprehensive understanding of Rails and Dispatch management, you will learn how best to track and analyze your online ordering through third-party delivery systems.

Olo Reports: As you evaluate the success of your online ordering and make sure that you are able to track meaningful data for your brand’s store location, we will dive into Olo Reports to ensure you can analyze data with intention and understanding.
